I am assuming that you’re here because you just bought a new Razor Deathadder gaming mouse but are having trouble using the macro feature. The first thing I would like to tell you that the mouse doesn’t come with a built in rapid fire button. You have to make your own macro on a custom button by using the Razer Synapse 2.0 software. So, follow the steps below to make a rapid fire Razer Deathadder macro specifically for first person shooting games like call of duty, so that you can shoot fully automatic with any gun.

How to Make a Razer Deathadder Macro (Rapid Fire)

Step 1 – Download the Razor Synapse 2.0 software.

Step 2 – Open the software and make a profile by writing the name of the profile under the ‘PROFILE NAME’ option (You can name your profile to whatever you want).

Step 3 – Now go to ‘MACROS’ tab and make a new macro by clicking on the ‘+’ sign and choosing a name for your macro.

Step 4 – Then, click on the ‘RECORD’ button (make sure that ‘RECORD DELAY’ is checked). Now, click on the empty box on the right side and some information should show up there. Finally click ‘STOP’.

Step 5 – Go to the box now and insert a Delay Layer by clicking on ‘INSERT’; set the delay to 0.004. Now edit the other layer and change it to 0.004 too. Arrange the order of the tasks so that ‘Left Button Down’ is on top; ‘0.004 seconds delay’ should be second; ‘Left Button Up’ should be third in the list and another ‘0.004 seconds delay’ should be in the end. It should look something like this (see image below):

Step 6 – Your Razer Deathadder Macro has been create and now you just need to assign a button to use it. So, go back to the ‘MOUSE’ tab and select the button you want to put the macro on. I chose ‘Button 5’ just for the sake of this tutorial. Once you choose the button, a new window will pop up. Here, choose ‘MACRO’ from the ‘BUTTON ASSIGNMENT’ drop-down menu and then choose your ‘ASSIGNED MACRO’ from the list. Now, from the ‘Playback Option’ list choose ‘Play when assigned button is pressed’. Hit ‘SAVE’ and you’re done!

Now, you will be able to use this Razer Deathadder macro and shoot rapidly whenever you press and hold button 5. Enjoy your favorite first person shooting game with this cool technique.
